You would put the "Show Quantity" as the value you want to show on the market and then enter the order as you want. There is no particular reason to put orders at different prices, unless that is what you are wanting to do.

In this case, let's say I want to open 30 lots on ES. But, I only want the market to show 10 lots. All I have to do is go to Trade Window tab A "Maximum Show Quantity: 10 lots" and place a market order for 30 lots? Thank you for your answer. But you are saying Sierra Chart doesn't support Iceberg orders anymore? If I am wrong, how can I place an Iceberg order?

There is no support for orders with a different display quantity when using Teton order routing. That is not supported and will not be.
