Not completing download on chart

Hello, when I open sierra chart there comes first "Waiting to Download historical data" then "Download historical data" and then "download completed".
But on my CountDown Timer it shows -4h 33m 4s so the dowload is not completed. I am trading NQU4.CME as a symbol. What could be the problem?
It should continue downloading, but it stops at 16:59.
