Hi, I have a funded account that I use however when connected I have a message log that will try and connect to IP then the next log will say 'CONNECT EVENT ERROR. WINDOWS ERROR CODE 10061. NO CONNECTION COULD BE MADE BECAUSE THE TARGET MACHINE ACTIVELY REFUSED IT'.

It then says it is closed and then will attempt to re-connect constantly. I do not have issues trading and my orders will go through however do not understand the message log of it failing to connect.

This is a connection error to Rithmic. Refer to:
Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem

Without being able to connect to Rithmic, you would definitely not be able to submit an order if you are using Rithmic for trading.
