In your documentation you write that to use the Interactive Broker Data Feed you have to: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Record True Real-Time Data in Intraday Charts I dont find them, so how to activate it? Thanks |

OK, then the Interactive Broker Data Feed can be activated by following these steps? Navigate to Global Settings > Data/Trade Service Settings > and enable "Allow Support for SierraChart Data Feeds ? |

Hallo, im again at that Point that I have to buy the Interactive Level 2 Data from Interactive Broker. Now I want to use the IB Data Feed as my only Data Feed in SierraChart. I dont want to use Denali anymore. I think I have make everything right: Symbol: DAX-202503-EUREX-EUR-25 Current Selected Service: Interactive Brokers Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds: No Unfortunatly. It doesent work. The best thing to do is to update to the current release and get the EUREX data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We cannot help you with running an older version and having issues with studies. To update, follow these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update We see that you currently have the EUREX exchange active, so you should be getting the data from us at this time. Thanks John, but the original Question was can I use the Interactive Broker Datafeed only without the Denali. Im not into running older Versions at all Thank you very much! |

It depends on the data you are wanting. In general, yes, you can use Interactive Brokers data, but we do not support EUREX from Interactive Brokers. EUREX data is only supported from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
