What do you mean by "foreign money"? It does not matter what currency you are trading in. If you are trading other people's money then you are considered a Professional, and you would need to pay for the professional exchanges. Which is what you are forced to do now, so if this is the case, then you do not need to do anything further. Just active the exchange(s) you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges If you are not trading other people's money, then fill out the agreement and mark that you are a "Non-Professional". hi, I would like help with a problem please. for some reason, my "WVap" has moved like this since this morning, and when I move the chart to the lava, it merges into one (figuratively speaking) and about 2 months later it continues as normal, daily Wvap. I tried to restart, reconnect and it didn't work. on other charts it's fine, only on the GBP chart. thank you

On your chart you have the Name Label showing as "WEEK VWAP". What you are showing looks correct for a weekly VWAP. The lines will all come together at the start of the week as there is not enough data to have a separation for the Standard Deviation lines. If you are wanting a VWAP per day, then change the Inputs on the Volume Weighted Average Price study to be for 1 day. yes, I understand how the chartbook works. I will try to add another photo. as you can see, wvap rendered beautifully every day, and then for 2-3 months only on the left edge somehow badly. Today you can see how it continues. It is interesting that until today it showed normal, but this morning it shows bad.

What exactly is the issue you are referring to. You have referenced the VWAP, so we have been looking at the VWAP lines in the chart, and we do not see anything wrong with them. Is it something else you are referring to, especially since you state that it is something on the left? We need more specific information and if you are wanting to point out something in an image, you need to tell us what image contains what information. hello, can I please help in solving the problem? I would like advice on why I am not getting notifications on Telegram. I set it up exactly according to the instructions, I paired Sierra Chart with the mobile application and every time when the market comes to my marked area where I have an alert, it only alerts me in PC and Telegram, nothing. Can you please look at it for me, where I could be wrong? thank you

Make sure the alerts are going to your Chat window. If they are not getting to the Chat window, then you need to resolve that first, as the messages are then forwarded to Telegram from the Chat window. Refer to the following instructions through Step 16: Chat and Communications Platform: Using Chat for Remote Alert Notifications Once you are getting the notifications properly to the Chat, then you can work on getting that information to Telegram by following steps 17-25 at the above link.
