Hi,

I recently changed my Data Feed to Teton from CQG Order Routing Only. I believe that I have completed the steps to Automatically Open designated charts on start up, but for some reason I have to open them manually. I am using version 2666 and my broker is AMP.

Please let me know from your side if I am doing something incorrectly. I have encountered this for several days now and have re-traced my steps many times, but apparently I missed something.

Thank you,
Pat

Make sure the following setting is set to "Yes", and that you have the Chartbook you want to open set properly by selecting the button documented just below the following setting:
General Settings Window: Open Files On Startup (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Startup)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Hi,

The setting mentioned above is YES and the files do not open.

Thanks for your help,
Pat

Do you have the files set properly in the "Select Files to Open on Startup"? What chartbooks do you have listed in that window when you open it?

Please do the following:
- Select "Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Select Files to Open on Startup
- Select the file name that is in that window (it should be "Pat 2019 Chartbook(1).Cht").
- Select the button on the right for "Change".
- Select the chartbook you want to automatically open. Even if it appears to be the same name as before, re-select it in the list that comes up. Either double click on the name, or click on the name and select the "Open" button.

Restart Sierra Chart and see if the chartbook opens automatically for you.
