I understand ECI ANCHORED VWAP might not be supported; but my issue is, my original anchor points are wildly inaccurate sometimes after reset, maybe during recalculation. I am wondering if I can LOCK this chart perhaps so it doesn't recalculate. That is the only solution I can foresee, unless there are other ideas I can try.
Any & all help is appreciated.
(I am not the only one this is happening to ECI VWAP1.5 Anchor Point Resetting when closing and opening sierrachart but yet to find a solution, thank you).

I'd guess that you have a non time based chart. The number of bars is changing due to changing the period of the bar, OR because the number of bars is changing when a new day rolls over and you have your chart set to limit data based on the number of days. The study has a "hidden index" variable which I noticed when modifying it recently. You have two clear options (maybe more but these two). First, try changing the chart to start at a certain date/time instead of having it load based on the number of days. This will ensure that the bar indexes do not change. You cannot change ETH/RTH, or the bar period. This might make it work. The other option is to dig into the code and see if you can change the method of anchoring so that it does not use the index, but the date/time. Actually, if you are willing to not point/click to select it, you can use the regular SC VWAP starting at a date/time, or the ECI which also has the ability to use a date/time as the starting point.
