The server keeps dropping me.
I am with TransAct.
Please advise.
It is NOT my internet connection.
Soon as I reconnect, it updates.
Why?
Thank you

We tried changing to "Mode 2" in communications, still disconnecting.

So then I decided to make one of the charts a 1 sec chart to make sure I can see it updating all the time, and it disconnected while I was doing the settings, and now it won't connect for a long time, and I have to wait forever, and then try to reconnect again... this is not good business. Very difficult to trade money this way. Please advise.

Why is it still "green" when it disconnects? So scary... is there a way to just stay connected all the time?

You need to contact TransAct support about this. We are not the provider of the data feed, and there is a separate bridge program used to connect to the TransAct data feed that we do not develop either.
