These small changes that take place for no reason are so frustrating. Now my vloume on my 1 minute is 2 bars bouncing back and forth instead of the volume on the top red bars and on the bottom green . Instead it is just 2 long bars, one green and one red. How doI get it back to normal please thank you

This is the problem. So at this time you are receiving Rithmic data and you are no longer receiving data from the Denali Data Feed.


The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.
