No display of orders for Fast Track Trading accounts

Hello support team,
I started trading with Fast Track Trading (FTT) accounts last week. At first everything worked fine. On Monday, 29.07.2024, everything was still fine in the morning, but in the afternoon I noticed that when opening a position, no position line, no stop loss and no take profit were displayed anymore.
All my other accounts (Live and Sim) continue to work perfectly and show all orders correctly.
I have already opened a ticket with FTT but they seem to be having difficulties and may be facing a bigger problem. Can you help me further in this matter?

When you submit an order, what is the Status of the order in Trade >> Trade Orders Window?

When I have opened a position, it looks like this in the trading window:

Check mark at: Attaches the trading window to the active chart.
Check mark at: Trade from chart mode on
Check mark for: Trade chart DOM on
Check mark for: Show/hide executed and filled orders
Check mark for: Show orders and positions window

Can you tell me why all my trades today are deleted in the trading activity window?
I have not deleted them. They are still there in the trade order window.

I have found the problem. There were open orders in my trade order window. They must have blocked the subsequent order lines.
I had now placed several positions in FTT-Rally-9757, and they all had a position line stop loss and take profit line.

So we can consider my request closed.

Please ignore the last message. It doesn't work after all.
I was not in account9757. I had set the Sim account.
I still don't see any lines of stop, TP and position in the FTT accounts.

Please note that only the LINES (position, SL, TP) in the chart are blocked and not orders.

The order works. However, I do not see it because there are no lines in the chart. I only see the position in the trading window as it goes into profit or loss.

Make sure you are setting the Trade Activity Log correctly:
Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity
