Missing Contract Data: Micro 5-Year Yield Futures (5YY,CBOT)

Dear Sirs: I was wondering if you would be able to assist with obtaining data for the above contract? The 5YY contract display no data on a graph, nor on a Quote Board. I have taken the following steps, without success: (1) Verified the contract symbol details on CME website, https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/interest-rates/yield-futures.html (2) Tried different contract months; (3) Deleted and reloaded data; (4) Global Settings > Symbol Settings > Update From Server > Disconnect/ Reconnect Looking forward to your reply. There is no trading for that symbol. If you look at the page you linked to, there is a box about half-way down that shows the latest trading activity and for 5YYN4 there is no trading.
