You are not setup to get any data from us that includes Market Depth data. The only exchange you have active is the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange. This does not include Market Depth data. If you want to get Market Depth data for U.S. Equities, then the only option we have is to also activate the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchange, which has Market Depth for the trading that occurs on the NASDAQ. Then when you have both the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" and the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchanges active, then you can open a symbol with the _MBO suffix (e.g. TSLA_MBO) and get the Price/Volume information from the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape and the Market Depth from the NASDAQ TotalView. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Yes, you would need to pay for the data. The cost of the NASDAQ TotalView exchange is $16.00.
