Dear Support, My chart is blank after I have opened a chartbook. I receive an error message which you can see in the attached screenshot. Could you please help me solve this issue? Regards W |

You are on Package 5, which means that you can only have the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to one of the following: - SC Data - All Services - Trading Evaluator - Trading Evaluator - Delayed The symbols you are showing are for CQG. To set the symbols for the current service, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
