Dear Support,

My chart is blank after I have opened a chartbook. I receive an error message which you can see in the attached screenshot.

Could you please help me solve this issue?

You are on Package 5, which means that you can only have the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to one of the following:
- SC Data - All Services
- Trading Evaluator
- Trading Evaluator - Delayed

The symbols you are showing are for CQG. To set the symbols for the current service, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
