CTS data missing...

Hi Support,

I just did a delete and download function im the charts are missing data from the Aug 15th up till today.

I notice on the recent editions there has been problems with CTS data download and im experiencing it now with even the most recent release 1179.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Go to the chart that has missing data.

Select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

If there still is missing data, let us know what symbol you have missing data for and then post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

We have done a test now and we see no problems with CTS historical data.
