On a range chart, the milliseconds of the time stamp of the bars during real-time data stream is either 0 or 999. But when I download historical data, the milliseconds vary. Is this a settings issue? I've set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Tick. And, while streaming real time data, the Bar Time Duration study indicates milliseconds to be either 0 or 999 (nothing in between). But if I delete and redownload the data for that same period of time, it loads the millisecond time stamps correctly. |

What is the symbol this occurs with? And also, double check that the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is actually 1 Tick.

I have double checked the intraday data storage, it is set to 1 tick. Originally, I was looking at NQU, but now checked ESU and the same discrepancy is occurring. Data feed is Rithmic if it makes any difference. |

Ok we see you are using the Rithmic data feed. Therefore, what you see is just expected/normal. Based upon the timestamps provided by Rithmic. We cannot provide further help. Other than recommend using the Denali Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
