I did as you indicated, but there was no result. Reloading caused it to freeze again and an error occurs - It does not respond. I changed the provider and increased the Internet speed, but this did not give any result either. regular futures charts work without freezes.

You keep stating there is an error. If there is an error of some kind of then we need to know what it states. If it is something flashing by, then please tell us that and that you can not read it. We need to know exactly what is occurring.
