So i have a preset footprint file download and every time I try to upload the file to my chart, its a blank screen ? what am i doing wrong ? Im having trouble installing the file to my C:/SierraChart/Data folder

Are you able to open the chartbook itself? If so, then the problem is not related to putting the file in the correct location. After you open the Chartbook select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
