I have this trade set up but I don't know why both my lots close at the same price be it profit or loss. Attached is the trading set up as well as the results

It closes automatically. I don't intervene that's why I don't understand

You need to look through the information on the Trade Activity page of the Trade Activity Log. You will need to look through the Orders and find the one that closed the positions. The information for what occurred will be in the "OrderActionSource" column.
