I just subscribed to the SC base package and connected to the SC Data feed to receive delayed streaming quotes. However although the historical data is downloaded the charts are not updating with new delayed data. I followed all the setup instructions but cannot seem to get it to update. I've also tried the Trade Evaluator Delayed feed with the same issue. Any help is appreciated.

We first want you to update Sierra Chart to the current version. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update ---- If you still have an issue: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
