Set position to flatten automatically when open profit reaches a given level

As per the title ... is it possible to set a position to flatten once the open profit on that trade reaches a pre-defined threshold? For example ... when the profit reaches £1,000 GBP the position will flatten. Ideally I would do this without using spreadsheets. I usually use the Trading System Based on Alert Condition Study.
