issues with chart & DOM to trade futures

Hi team - hope it's a good week. Could you guide me with an issue? When I open a new chartbook in Sierra Chart on the desktop and I open the symbol MESU25 for micro ES Sep 2024 and click show intraday chart I do not see today's candles or bars for Fri Jul 12. All I see is an all black chart as shown in the attached screenshot. How do I get the current candle data to show in the chart? I went to chart settings to play with colors to see if the bars needed to change color, but those were green & red on a black background and still not showing. As you can see in the attached screenshot only 1 bar shows in the far left from a few days prior. I'm not following what I need to change so this looks like a normal chart. Thanks for help in advance. |

Your wording of "...on the desktop" makes us wonder if you are running Sierra Chart on another system somewhere. You are only setup to get data to one system at a time. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously If not the above, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is.
