My attached orders will not appear

When I enter a trade, despite having OCO bracket orders set, they do not appear. I have bracket orders set up for another chart book and they work perfectly fine. I have tried everything I can think of as well as all suggestions on the web. One other thing to note is that when I add a limit order through the DOM I am also unable to move it around by dragging it on the chart. The only difference I can think of between this chartbook and the one that works is that I have never traded live on this new one.

Are you actually placing the trade from the chart where the working orders are not showing? If not, then on that chart check to see if the option for "Trade >> Only Orders From Chart" has a checkmark next to it. If it does, then select that option to remove the checkmark and you should be fine going forward.

I am having the same issue. When the down arrow is selected in the attached Trade window it's completely blank and no OCO appears. This is despite having set up OCO configuration for Simple Bracket order. Chart Trade Mode is ON. This is happening on all my Chartbooks. Which global setting needs to be configured. attached is the screenshot of the Bracket Order. Thank you

Look in the Data Files Folder:
General Settings Window: Data Files Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths)

And then see if you have .TWConfig files in that folder.

I did and No the .TWConfig I do not have that folder there. See attached. See screenshot. Should re-install?

Do not reinstall anything. That is not necessary.

So you do not have a folder at the location of "C:\SierraChart\Data"?
