Need Help getting realtime CME chart set up

I have service package 11, and I'm signed in to Rithmic Direct - DTC through my APEX prop trading account. I've also been accepted for CME Non-Professional real-time data. My issue is that when I go into Sierra and try to "find symbol" for live CME futures charts (such as MNQ), I can see a "Futures - CME" tab but not a "Futures - CME (realtime)" tab. I think there might be a problem with my setup, but I can't find an answer online. Please let me know what I'm missing. Thank you.

Everything looks good with your setup. You should be fine. Open a chart and check the time of the chart and see if it is delayed data or real-time data. Also, you can look at the Chart Header and see if it shows "DD:" followed by a time, which is the Data Delay amount - if you are getting delayed data then it will show 10 minutes and 10 seconds (00:10:10) or something close to this. If the DD: is not in the Chart Header, you can add it by selecting "Global Settings >> Customize Chart Header - Standard".
