Hello, is it possible to freeze the funds if taking a break that could last for a couple of months? This is in the case when a package was paid in advance for multiple months. Thank you |

There is not a way to Freeze or Pause a subscription. What we can do for you is to refund any remaining Usage Time that is in whole month (31 day) increments back to your Services Surplus. We can then refund your Services Surplus balance, less a $5.00 processing fee that we have for payment refunds, to your payment method. Or you can leave the funds in your account until you come back.
