Hi there,
OHCL candles keep changing after I delete and redownload the live data. For example In live sessions I saw other platforms with the same provider, that printing a candle bullish but the candle here was bearish, after redownloading the data , it got the same like others. It has been happening more than 6 times and it costs me a lot. what should I do to prevent this problem happens again?

I'm trading XAU/USD on FXCM and the problem is with OHLC on 1m.

Thanks.

It is next to impossible for us to tell changes from screenshots.

For information about changing Cumulative Delta Bars - Volume, refer to:
Cumulative Delta Bars - Volume: Resolving Cumulative Delta Bars Differences

If there are changes with the XAUUSD 1 minute data. Tell us the specific date and time and time zone where you see differences.

The XAUUSD 1 minute data candle difference as I mentioned above is at 14:20 New York time , 11/7/2024. in screenshot you can notice that 14:20 candle was bullish and after I redownload the data it changed to a bearish candle. this problem keeps happening on random candles almost every day this is just one example.

We had a look at this. And there are going to be differences, with the FXCM data feed among our servers because each server has its own independent connection to FXCM and there is no consistency on these connections with data delivery. There is a variance of data. This problem has always existed with FXCM. It is a known issue. This is just how the FXCM data feed is. It is substandard. That is just how it is.

Have a look at using LMAX instead:
