Hello,

I'm trying to connect to the Topstep server via service Rtihmic. I've received a connection error message much like the self help instructions posted within Sierra Chart. I have triple checked my credentials and all are correct. I have also gone through the CME non professional check instructions carefully.

Would you be able to guide me in what step(s) I must be over seeing in connecting with Rithmic via Topstop?

What is the exact error you are getting?
