Odd behaviour using the 'Period Time Span' Chart Value TPO option.

Hi Support, I believe this is something that has been mentioned before, but it's quite odd and annoying so was wondering if there are any plans to improve this, as it's pretty much unusable to me currently. The problem is simply, when I show the 'Period Time Span' Chart Value option to quickly see if I have merged any TPO profiles the value shows as 7 hours for a single RTH session. However when I merge two sessions it says neither '2 sessions' or even 14 hours - it show 31 hours, completely ignoring my session chart settings. Are there any plans to improve this functionality? Any update much appreciated & many thanks, Bill |

No there are no plans for this. This is just how it is and it is an accurate calculation. We are not going to get involved in the immense complexity, all of the endless associated problems and complaints, to try to get that as you would want. Or make it work properly? I cannot see why it is so hard to make it use the session hours as set in the chart setup - therefore 7 + 7 = 14, but I'm not a programmer so who knows...

We thought of a way to solve this differently that does not involve inconsistencies, and additional issues. Update to prerelease 2656. The time span will calculation for TPO profiles will now be much more precise and does not consider data that is not present in the chart.
