I just signed up but i'm having trouble getting activated. I used my number and never got the code. I even tried again with a friend's number and it never came through. Please help me fix this. It says I have exhausted my attempts

I don't think my trial was activated. My data is delayed. I have tried severally to use orderflow tools but they simply don't work. I justy want the free trial to have access to the full functionality of Sierra Chart so I can make my decision as to whether I would go ahead with paying for a pckage. This has been a very frustrating experience so far

If you want to get real-time data for The CME Group, CFE, EUREX, or U.S. Equities, then you would have to pay for those exchanges. During the trial, and with any package, you have access to the delayed streaming data for these exchanges. The delayed streaming data works exactly the same as real-time data, only is delayed by 10-15 minutes. Keep in mind, you are not able to connect to data or trading services while on a trial, so if you really want to get the real-time data by paying for the exchanges, then you would also need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages.
