Adding data rows to DOM data columns

Can you please tell me how I can add additional rows of data for "Recently Traded BID ASK Volume" in the DOM? As you can see from the attached pic, there are only 16 rows displayed in my DOM. Thx

We assume that the two columns in the middle with the black background and the red (left) and green (right) numbers are the "Recent Bid/Ask Volume" columns. If so, then the reason you are only seeing those particular levels is that it is the extent of the trading that has occurred since you opened that chart, or reset those columns.
