DPL: Not Displaying Correctly

Dear SC,

Last week I had several days with trade execution errors and then DPL started displaying incorrectly. I updated to the current version on Friday and so far no execution issues, but the DPL is still incorrect except on one account. However, all my settings are the same on all my charts. I never touched these settings. Here are a few screenshots. At the time of this screenshot, I believe I was up $20 or something, but it shows 57 pts on NQ. I went through your documentation already and nothing makes sense for why this would happen, except for one account. I appreciate the help.

I already wrote I read all your documentation. Don't you guys read our threads? I saw another thread like this where all you guys did was give the guy the same "Refer to the following"...This is flat out abnormal. I never touched anything and all of a sudden the DPL is not accurate except on one account. Your documentation does not address this.

The fact that you state that you read the documentation does not tell us that you read the correct thing. You are stating that the Daily Profit/Loss is incorrect, therefore the documentation you need for this is the one give above, and here again:

All of the information we have on how to correct a problem with Daily Profit/Loss is contained within that documentation. There is nothing more we can add.

In the end, if all else fails, the instructions are there to have you set the Starting Date and Time for loading Order Fills, so you can essentially reset your starting time and make sure that everything is correct going forward.
