I am on 2652 I have successfully set up several study & button combinations using: "trade management by study" and "Custom Study Button X" This setup does work as described however on occasion, after using the button to enable the study I am unable to then use the same button to deactivate the study, ie the study remains enabled but the button is not (does not show as) active. I have confirmed this by observing the disabled button and noting the study settings "Enabled (In:1)" still set to "Yes". I have also employed the input "Change To Off All Other Custom Study Buttons On Enable" in hopes it would allow me to clear the study if or when I activate another study/button combination. It does not. Let me know if there is a known issue in this area and how I might configure the study to address it. |

What is "Custom Study Button X"? This is neither a built-in study nor a "User Contributed Study". There is a built-in option in the "Trade Management by Study" to define a Custom Study Control Bar Button number. We wonder if you have a conflict occurring. This would require in-depth troubleshooting for the particular scenario and studies. This is something we cannot allocate time to. Seems like it might be best, for this not to be used: "Change To Off All Other Custom Study Buttons On Enable" We would recommend a particular custom study button, only be used by one study at a time. What is "Custom Study Button X"? This is neither a built-in study nor a "User Contributed Study". See Global Settings >> Customize Control Bars >> Control Bar X>> Advance Custom Study Buttons>> Custom Study Button x (1-150) for your product. |

Regarding the "Change To Off All Other Custom Study Buttons On Enable" feature, by nature it is designed to work in tandem with other "button" studies, no? Perhaps I am missing something. |

In the "Trade Management by Study" study, what is the Input for "ACS Control Bar Button # for Enable/Disable" set to?

The input value is set to 4 and 5 respectively. Same as the respective Custom Study Buttons. (I am not getting notifications when Sierra responds. Will investigate.) |

Do you have any other Custom Study buttons being defined by other studies? Make sure none of them are set to use Custom Study Buttons 4 and 5.
