Hello there sierra chart support, I am having a problem, So the problem is that I just need live data in my sierra account, 1: do I need to buy both Sierra chart package and denali exchange package. 2nd, I will execute my trades somewhere else and I don't have a futures account, is it necessary to have a futures account to open sierra chart account as I explained above I only want live data and I will execute my trades somewhere else. If it is necessary then please tell me how to open a account in sierra and set it up for live data without having a futures account. THANKS, please reply as soon as possible.

What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on. I want to trades E mini S&P and Crude oil but I don't have futures account and I don't want to because I have other platforms to execute on. Can I still have live data running in sierra chart if I don't have a futures account?

(QUESTON 1) Hello sierra chart support, I have checked all the information and now please correct me if I am wrong, If I buy a subscription of 36 USD per month which included the Denali live data feed and then I buy CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account: Price 75.00 USD/month which is a total of 111 USD. and now I should be all set and getting live data feed? is there any other charges I am missing? If I am please tell me so that I can correct my calculations. (QUESTION 2)And also could you tell me the Denali exchange I am buying, does it include Crude oil and E mini S&P?? (QUESTION 3) what is the difference between professionals and non professional what sets them apart?? Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included?: Available CME Exchanges When Using a Supported Trading Service Open a small account with a broker (AMP $500 or something) and leave the money sat there. Then just log in to the rithmic feed they give you once a month. Then use Denali after that. And pay the data fee for traders with a broker account i.e. 11/month or something for CME. Little more if you need NYMEX
