We do not understand the question. We do not know what you are asking about.

We do not see the relevancy of the Message Log when it comes to interacting with the chart.

Dear Team,

Each time I try to draw a line or each time I try to use a metric of measurement (e.g. Fibonacci), the line or metric does not appear on the screen. I can choose it, I can draw the line, but it doesn't stay on the screen.
This is particularly the case for the FGBL Market profile.

Regards,

Alessandro D'Angelo

As you are drawing the Line, do you see the Line object appear on the chart?

Check the color settings of the Line drawing tool:
Chart Drawing Tools: Drawing Tool Configuration

And of the drawing itself:
Chart Drawing Tools: Chart Drawing Properties

Make sure it is not the same as the background color.

And re-download the data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.

yes, I can see it, but when I type "enter" on my computer keyboard, it doesn't come up on the screen.

When using a drawing tool to draw a chart drawing, there is not a need to use the Enter key. So we need to know the exact steps you are following.

The instructions to use each Drawing Tool are here:

when I select a tool (e.g. a line), I select it with the right mouse button, then when I draw the line, I select the left mouse button until the end of the process.
To confirm the line at the end of its stretch, I click on the left mouse button.
I've shot a short film, but I really hope it will be enough.
Honestly, there's not much more I can do to guide you through my problem. I really hope you'll find a solution.

What does the Message Log show after adding a Line drawing.

Probably it is giving a message that the line will not be visible because the drawings are hidden. This is controlled through the Chart menu:
Chart Menu: Hide Chart Drawings (Chart menu)
