hello currently on the simulation account when we place a purchase on the dax market this gives a sell order on level 18461 the passage of order in simaltion account no longer works correctly which is not the case on the account real

We need more information.

18461 is not out of the range of possible prices recently. What exactly makes that value incorrect when you placed the order?

Were you running a replay at the time?

What kind of order did you enter? What was selected on the Trade Window for the Order Type?

no replay at the time of placing orders, the order is a market buy order at the market on 18200.

at the time of the manipulation the platform gave me a sell order on 18461.
as soon as I click on sell it sells at 18461, and as soon as I want to pay it sells on 18461.
in real deal , the platform works correctly but Not in simulation.
The problem has persisted for more than a week despite a recent update of the platform.

Is this using the built-in Simulation Mode (i.e. Trade >> Simulation Mode On is enabled) or are you using the Simulated Futures Trading Service?

If you are using the "Simulated Futures Trading Service" are you selecting the "Trading Evaluator" or "Trading Evaluator - Delayed" for the "Current Selected Service" on the "Data/Trade Service Settings"?
