hi

On June 12 2024 the graph of es should show a gap ( my friend showed it to me which we use both Sierra software , but my software does not show it , how come?

There are any number of possible reasons.

The most likely is that your session times are different and your friends is not covering the full range of time over which the instrument is traded.

This is also around the time of the rollover (although the rollover would be June 16), so if they are using a Continuous Futures Contract that is not back-adjusted, then they would see a gap at the rollover.

Hi,

I have read your answer, so i compared with my friend all the details and all is same .The gap was at JUNE 12 but in my software it appears at june 17.

so why is the difference , maybe check where was the gap please .
