What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data? Also, in order to connect to data and trading services, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. In order to get real-time data and have the advanced features, you would need to be on the "Integrated Advanced" package (package 11). Refer to the information on the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages In order to get real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
