Positions stay open ovenight. Cannot flatten or cancel them. Have to open new trades

Hi there Not sure how this is happening but every time when I open a trade if I want to cancel it I have to open a new one and the trade will get cancelled using the TP or SL from the 2nd one. I ended up with trades that I thought they are closed because I flatten every position but somehow they still stay open and when I open the next position they get cancelled by the SL or TP. I usually open 1 positions with 2 contracts or a 1 positionwith one contract. Also, all the positions that I open (short or long) they are all marked with the green arrow. On the SIM the shorts are marked with red. I attached some images with the positions from the past few days. At the moment I am working on an evaluation but because of this issues I am not able to work properly on it and it seems that I failed because of this issue.Not sure what is happening here. I have to say that I pressed multiple time Flatten and Cancell all positions and no positions are shown in my Rithmic account. For the past few days when I was opening a new position the SL or the TP were cancelling my previous positions.
