Hello, I have a Denali Eurex subscription.

Today I also started a CQG subscription for SGX

I am able to connect to my CQG data feed with my login details from within SC.

But I am not able to open a chart, as the symbol is not found (image). I try Symbol Settings > Update from Server, but it doesn't help.

How do I use the correct symbol?

I will send my message log.

UPDATE: it appears I am indeed able to open charts for all symbols from SGX. Except the Nifty 50 index, per the second image. This is a "special" symbol at SGX as it is actually traded on the NSE but also available on SGX via something called GIFT. If I check the CQG website to lookup the SGX symbol for Nifty 50, it does not exist.

It seems I am using the correct symbol. But CQG is rejecting it. I doubt this is a SC issue.
