Hello, unfortunately I have searched Google for a long time but have not found an answer. How do I set the "Letter/Block Price Increments in Ticks" correctly in the TPO chart? is there a formula or something? |

And I use the TPO chart for the RTH and ETH session separately (daily) in the 30 min timeframes

There is no magic formula. You need to adjust the "Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks" for what works best for you for each chart. We can not tell you this. It is a personal choice on how you want to view the data. It is a tradeoff of being able to view the letters/blocks against the tick size of the chart. It really depends on what you need to see from your TPO chart.

I like to follow Jim Dalton and use his way of trading. But if I make it so that I can see the letters clearly and compare the TPO chart with a 30 minute candlestick chart then I see that a letter is a few ticks higher than the high of the candle. And that's what confuses me so much.

I also want to recognize tails but I have the feeling that if I set it to auto (0) there will be tails everywhere.
