Zero Values in Time and Sales Number of Trades

Hello, I just noticed this today on version 2652. When using Number of Trades in the Time and Sales window for various CME group symbols, there are 0s being shown as the number of trades. I tried to change the combination algorithm and it is the same.

It sounds like you are seeing the "Bid and Ask Records", which are updates to the Bid and Ask without trades. The display of these items is controlled in the Settings for the Time and Sales in the option for "Show Bid and Ask Records". Thank you. I can confirm that I have Show Bid and Ask Records disabled in the Time and Sales settings. It looks like every time there is a number of trades of 1, it prints as a 0. The other values seem to be coming in normally.

Hello, I have looked at this again after updating to Version 2654. What I am seeing now is that these 0 values in the Number of Trades field still happen only when I do a market replay. They no longer occur on the real-time data. I tried to replay different symbols like ESU24_FUT_CME, ZNU24_FUT_CME, or a stock symbol. Same behavior with 0 values in the number of trades column. |
