For example, it says MYM with CME On Sierra Chart I can't find the MYM under CME Is that normal?

If there website states the following: "Micro E-Mini Dow Jones (MYM) MYM CME" Then it is incorrect. The Micro E-Mini Dow Jones (MYM) trades on the CBOT, not the CME. You will find it in the Find Symbol page under the CBOT futures. Keep in mind you are only setup to get data from us for the CME exchange. Data for CBOT would come from Rithmic. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

In order to get the data from us for MYM - yes. Note that they also call out MCL, which is traded on the NYMEX (they properly list this). If you want access to this as well then it would be best to activate the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", as this is same cost as 3 of the individual exchanges, but then you have the data for all 4 exchanges that make up the CME Group. Just keep in mind that since we are close to the end of the month, that the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and they are not pro-rated. So if you activate an exchange today (June 26, 2024) you will pay the full amount for the exchange to get the data for the remainder of June. Then you will pay again on July 1, 2024 for the month of July. Therefore, you may want to wait until July 1, 2024 before adding any new exchanges. If you are going to remove an exchange, then you would want to "Deactivate" it now - prior to July 1, 2024 - as deactivating it is setting it so it will not renew. I don't quite understand why I should get the whole package if I only need CME and CBOT. Have I misunderstood something? I only want to trade MNQ MES and MCL. And ops I don’t meant the MYM. I meant the MCL. sorry Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-06-26 16:51:36

If you want data for MNQ, MES and MCL then you would need the CME and the NYMEX exchanges. In which case, add the "NYMEX Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange. We suggested the full package if you were needing 3 of the 4 exchanges (CME, NYMEX, and CBOT) as you then get all 4 of the exchanges for the cost of 3. Since you only need 2 of the exchanges it is cheaper to just have those two individually.
