Hello, A problem with the DTC protocol data structures was accidentally introduced in version 1177. This version has been locked out. You will need to update to version 1178 by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. A download for the current version of Sierra Chart will happen automatically when you restart Sierra Chart and you are running 1177. But you will get version 1174 not the prerelease. So you will have to update to the prerelease by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. The issue affected historical data downloading and the receiving of market data snapshot messages.
