Hello Support
I was running 4 instances and made an adjustment to a tick chart.
Everything froze with blank black screens.

All instances went black screen , no access to anything, nothing, no ctrl/alt/delete.

I had to turn off all power to the computer to restart and trying to recover the lost charts & chart books.
