i receved 10 minutes delay from chart ive been contacted with Edge clear and this mornineg someone conceded to my computer and checking everything and he side everything is good you alredy paid for everything and all your proceram is ok please help me to fix my problem many thanks

Everything on your account looks good. Just keep in mind that you have only the following exchange active:
- NYMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts.

So if you are trying to get data for an instrument that does not trade on NYMEX, then you will get the delayed streaming data.

If you are having a problem with an instrument that does trade on the NYMEX, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
