The past two days my charts have been running on a 3-4 second delay (using personal account w/Denali and prop accounts for trading). I use a 5 minute chart, 100 tick chart, and DOM (w/some additional charts hidden in the background). I have confirmed all my hidden charts have been rolled over since I overlay studies on my main charts. I haven't made any other changes to my workbook. The only thing that's changed is the contract rollover. Is rollover known to cause any issues? Any suggestions to figure out why I'm getting the delay?

A 3-4 second delay means that your computer clock is different from the server clock by that amount. It is not actually a delay in the data and there it is nothing to be concerned about. If you want to set your computer clock to match the exchange to get rid of this, then refer to the following: Network Time Protocol Client There is also an option to update the clock one time. Refer to the following: Global Settings Menu: Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
