Persistent Rithmic Execution Issues

Hi,

I'm still having issues with Rithmic.

I submitted a ticket yesterday because I noticed that though I only submitted orders for a 1 lot, upon conducting my post market analysis, the trade log showed the last trade as a two lot which in that post I attached a recording showing that the order quantity was a 1 lot.

Today, I placed a limit order to offer. The market traded through the order and wasn't filled. I then attempted to cancel the OCO which took multiple clicks.

The attached orders were only canceled. I then attempted to cancel the entry order which was resting and not filled. I pressed the cancel all button several times and the order would not cancel.

The market came back into the order and then it was filled.

Can someone explain why there are persistent issues with Rithmic and how these can be alleviated.

The interface that is used with Rithmic was created by Rithmic. So issues with the interface are completely with Rithmic. That being said, we have many mentions of issues with Rithmic and there simply is nothing we can do to alleviate it.

Our only recommendation is to use a different trading service.
