Missing Rithmic symbol data in Denali feed

Hello, I'm getting an error today (Denali feed to Rithmic symbol MNQU4 -- I have a 1597 tick chart -- one bar starts at 18:05 in today's Globex session, then no more bars until I open the chart (eg at 4:02am, just now Eastern).

In the same Denali feed to my broker, via CQG's equivalent symbol for same MNQU4 contract (another copy of SC), I'm seeing all of today's data okay (more than 50 bars vs less than 3 bars) for the same time period (ie 1800 to 0400 approx) and using the same tick chart setup (1597 ticks/trades).

I've tried "Delete All Data and Download" twice, but keeps reappearing with this error.

Using current SC version 2646 for both copies (I checked on downloading current version and it advised I was already on the current version, nothing to update).

Any pointers why there's no data from the opening 6pm few minutes until the moment I open SC with the Rithmic symbol and Denali feed, but okay with the CQG symbol in the same feed? Thanks.

Just to follow up (6 hours later).

I followed the instructions at Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart and this resolved the issue for the NQU4 contract.

But it didn't resolve it for MNQU4 (MNQU4.CME[M]). I have 1597 tick bars today at 1800 and 1805, and then the next bar is 0740 (and on 55 ticks, that is 18:21:39 and then 07:39:58) -- a gap of more than 13 hours.

I also tried "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" (3 times) -- it did not fix it either.

I have data from 07:40 so that at least is helpful -- but am not sure why I cannot get the missing intraday data for this 13-hour gap.

Please give us an image of the chart in question by following these instructions:
Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional)

Please tell us the Bar Period for the chart (if it is not obvious in the image).

Thanks John, I tried again (4th time) just now -- 20 hours later -- using "Delete and Download Data" from just prior to previous session close -- and this time it filled in all of the missing data.

So it has resolved itself, thanks.

There was some missing data on one of our servers and we filled that back in yesterday. It sounds like you were affected by this. Everything is back to normal now.
