cant access custom files properly on macbook using crossover

very complicated and diffucult to understand but basically i am using sierrachart on mac through crossover. I have purchased a custom chart loadout. I can add a custom stury so i know the files i recieved are there, but when i open the app by right clicking, the right click goes off and after nothing happens for a few seconds, before sierrachart just closes itself and nothing happens after i restart, any ideas?

What are you right-clicking on? You can not start Sierra Chart by trying to open a Chartbook file from the file system. You need to start Sierra Chart and then open the chartbook.
