hi - for some reason when I click on merge next profile, or prior, nothing happens. Can you advise please - thanks

Make sure your session times are not overlapping. In other words, if the Evening Session is set to start at 17:00:00, then the day session needs to end at 16:59:59. If it is also set to 17:00:00 then this will cause a problem.
