adjusting DOM settings while in trial - is this possible?

I'm currently in my trial period w/ SC & am trying to make adjustments to the DOM settings. I made the desired adjustments in the settings section of the DOM but the changes aren't reflected in the DOM. Am I able to make adjustments to the DOM while in my trial period? Also, I logged out & logged back in & the DOM was still in it's original layout. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, J

There are no limitations on the customization settings while on a trial, so you should have been able to make the changes you were wanting. Is this a Trading DOM or a Chart DOM? There are both Global Graphics Settings and Chart Graphics Settings. Each chart uses one or the other, so depending on how this setup, you would have to make the changes in the appropriate location.
